Village Pila · house in 3D

For my family's rental house in Mar Azul, Argentina, I built a Vercel website with gallery, rates and local SEO, plus a 3D tour: I rebuilt the house in Blender with GPT 6 Astra and published it in a web viewer that separates the floors.

My contribution
I designed and published the site, prepared the photos and SEO, and rebuilt the house in Blender for the 3D tour and the renders.
Who it serves
People looking for a holiday rental on Argentina's Atlantic coast; inquiries go to the rental agency by WhatsApp.
Scope
Static site with gallery, rates, FAQ, structured data and a 3D viewer with three GLB models.

Case overview

Village Pila is my family's house in the Mar Azul forest, on Argentina's Atlantic coast. I replaced a 2016 blog with a site that shows the house through real photos, rates and a 3D tour, and routes every inquiry to the rental agency's WhatsApp.

They come from the same Blender file that feeds the viewer, with CC0 vegetation and Poly Haven textures.

Case decisions

The house, rebuilt from sketches and photos

With GPT 6 Astra I wrote the Python generator that builds the house in Blender, from the owners' sketches and 47 photos. The script lays out the floors, furniture, decks, stairs and terrain, then exports the web models and the render file. Each correction from the owners goes into the code and everything is regenerated.

A viewer that separates the floors

The full model carries an animation that lifts the main floor 3 m and the roof 6 m. In the viewer, a slider scrubs that animation and four views switch model and camera. On each floor, rooms have a marker linking to their real photo. Models download only when the visitor taps Explore in 3D.

Only what the rental includes

The private lower floor appears as a closed stone volume, with no furniture or interactive markers. Photos go through a script that fixes orientation and strips GPS. License plates are blurred before publishing.
